HR Business Partner
Description
- HRBP's will proactively meet with and engage with leaders and employees within their dedicated client group. While building and maintaining a strong relationship with our executive team is important, we drive the most organizational and strategic value from the leaders below them.

- Design and execute on core HR processes targeted to your designated business areas: employee benefits and leaves, recognition and rewards, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and people programs
- Assess organizational needs and drive solutions in performance management, communication, training, diversity and inclusion, career and leadership development
- Support managers in handling conversations regarding career growth, performance management and compensation. Guide management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase efficiency and retention
- Review programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, regulations, policies, and recommend modifications as appropriate
- Ability to implement change management practices and support customer groups through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field
- HRBP: 3+ years demonstrable experience
- Experience in employee relations, subject matter authority with at least 3 years of dynamic experience with FMLA, ACA, ERISA, ADA etc.
- Knowledge and experience in human resource management
- Excellent project management, coordination and planning capabilities
- Ability to understand business goals, policies and procedures
- Strong focus on customer/customer experience
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated confidence, credibility, and good judgment
- Experience analyzing and using data to influence business decisions
- Ability to collaborate across a large, complex organization to create and launch innovative, successful programs and solutions
Compensation:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $76,600 - $114,800, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
